I know I am very nervous for the midterm, I mean I get nervous for any test let alone a midterm. I know we have learned quite a bit so far, but I am nervous that come test time, I will go blank. I feel like above all we have learned how sleep yes, affects us, but the world on a larger scale. Each person is effected by either a good amount of sleep, or sleep deprivation, and this plus or minus in sleep is just another factor in everyday life. Also we have learned how sleep effects people in power, how most of the time the people with the most power are suffering from sleep loss and this loss can potentially really harm the nation as a whole. In preparing for the midterm I realize we really learned a lot about the physiological side of sleep, and I am learning that I need to really look over this section. Also I am really interested in the week we learned about sleeps effect on law enforcement, since that will effect me in the near future. I think that will be my paper topic! I am ready for the review tomorrow for sure so I can really know what to focus in on for sure! Good luck and good studies!
This is my current state of mind during midterm week :)

I'm nervous about the test, too! But I know that being able to apply what we've learned to my everyday life has helped me really understand most of the concepts. Hopefully that will help you as well!
ReplyDeleteAgreed! I think its wonderful that you might have found your paper topic! Taking everything I've learned has really opened my eyes to my own sleep. Good luck on your test!
