My last week has been kind of crazy, from all the assignments that seemed to be due the same day and the long hours worked at Gold Rush I really enjoyed being lazy the last two days. I have been so tired in top of my cough and have finally been able to sleep. I bought some cough medicine that made it easier to sleep through the night. I also found this really good playlist on Spotify for sleeping at night, it is full of soothing songs that are relaxing and just make good background noise if you are like me and need something going in the background. I suggest this playlist and a stress relief Scentsy burning in the background for a great nights sleep and to help with stress and even allergies ( I read that the aloe in the wax helps with seasonal allergies!). I also learned that the readings we had last week about not drinking caffeine after about one in the afternoon really does make it easier to sleep, I can feel myself actually getting sleepy and not having to force myself to be sleepy.

I have the lotion version of this candle and its literally the best thing to come into my life since chocolate. Kidding! but I think you have a point about stress from this week! Hopefully we both get a chance to wind down pretty soon!
